At Koen Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons. 
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or promotional products.
  • Gift cards. 
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers.
  • Please contact the retailer directly for their return policies.

Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@koenbeauty.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. 
  •  Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly send a replacement after verifying the issue.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
