At Koen Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items or promotional products.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased from third-party retailers. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policies.
Return Process

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly send a replacement after verifying the
issue.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
